About the role
- General accounting tasks in coordination with the external tax advisor
- Posting incoming and outgoing invoices / maintaining the open items list
- Administrative support for our customer service team
- Travel expense accounting, long-term supplier declarations, cash book
- Participation in national and international projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., bank clerk, industrial clerk or equivalent)
- Professional experience in financial accounting, taxation or commercial administration is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong numeracy and a structured, precise working style
- Strong communication skills and service orientation when dealing with internal and external contacts, including English (spoken and written)
- Reliability, discretion and initiative
