About the role
- Data Analysis: Identify patterns and correlations in large data sets to generate actionable insights for business and product decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain clear, visually appealing dashboards that make key metrics easy to understand across teams.
- Process Optimisation: Develop efficient workflows and automate recurring reports to improve data accessibility and reliability.
- Community Insights: Analyse user and event data to understand community behaviour, identify engagement drivers, and support strategies that strengthen user connections.
- Data Storytelling: Present findings in a clear, structured way.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, mathematics, business, social sciences, or similar field
- 4+ years of work experience in data analysis
- Experience in building and explaining dashboards
- SQL and programming affinity
- Communication and data storytelling skills, both verbal and visual
- English skills at level C2, German skills are a bonus.
