Business Analyst

• Lead business requirement discussions, gathering, evaluating, and documenting business needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and business process maps for complex solution changes.
• Participate in project and design reviews to ensure solutions align with Medtronic Global IT policies, principles, and standards.
• Drive changes and enhancements through the change management process, including change coordination, stakeholder communication, functional unit testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and hypercare support.
• Coordinate development and support activities with external partners.
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for process and solution documentation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Service & Repair IT leadership team.
• Provide 3rd level support for functional SAP-related issues by analysing escalated software concerns and recommending effective solutions.
• Collaborate within projects across an international, diverse, and challenging environment.
