About the role
- Coordinate end-to-end EMEA Early Career face-to-face and virtual event operations
- Manage internship programs and support CoE-driven projects
- Oversee vendor management, finance tracking, and budget-related activities including purchase orders (POs) and invoices
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders by conducting briefing sessions and managing communication channels, including the Early Career operations mailbox
- Maintain internal and external relationships for career fairs and university initiatives, ensuring timely logistics coordination and materials preparation
- Provide data management and reporting support, gathering and compiling program metrics for analysis and improvement
- Identify and suggest process improvements that enhance efficiency and alignment with global standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within HR, customer service, marketing, or event management
- Strong working knowledge of operational systems and practices gained through experience or education
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Ariba, Workday Recruit, or Power BI is an advantage
