About the role

  • Manage assigned book of business (new and existing zero accounts)
  • Support and work with all service managers and specialists for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with the defined customer base to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed
  • Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies
  • Manage pricing and service-related activities
  • Perform product cross-referencing activities
  • Create and run monthly/quarterly reports

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of account management or sales experience (preferred)
  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales (preferred)
  • Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business (preferred)
  • Ability to present multiple product lines (preferred)
