About the role
- Lead the development and implementation of Medibank’s risk and compliance frameworks and policies, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Manage the organisation’s insurance program, provide expert advisory support across the business, and drive the integration of compliance into risk disciplines.
- Build a high-performing team, champion cultural change, and foster collaboration across the Risk & Compliance function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in risk and compliance frameworks, ideally within regulated industries.
- Deep knowledge of APRA standards and risk appetite frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
- Experience managing insurance programs and working with brokers.
- A passion for driving cultural change and building high-performing teams.
