• Develop and lead the overarching creator strategy across all brands, shaping how creators drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition throughout the funnel.
• Define the creator portfolio mix (macro, mid-tier, micro, streamers, influencers) to meet brand and performance objectives.
• Build and refine the creator operating model including sourcing frameworks, contracting structures, compensation models, content guidelines, and performance levers.
• Identify new growth opportunities across YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms to increase scale and competitive advantage.
• Build and manage high-value relationships with creators, streamer talent, agencies, and management teams—focusing on long-term partnership health and predictable output.
• Oversee the end-to-end creator lifecycle: sourcing, strategic planning, vetting, negotiation, briefing, activation, optimization, and ongoing iteration.
• Develop a reporting and tracking solution, using both existing and exploring new tools, to allow campaign KP measurements from soft awareness numbers to clicks and conversions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Performance channel owners, CRM, Creative, BI/Analytics, and Product to ensure creator initiatives ladder into broader channel strategies and business goals.
• Develop and champion a rigorous testing agenda for formats, hooks, creators, and integrations across paid and organic distribon.
• Ensure all creator content adheres to regulatory, platform, and market-specific compliance requirements for social casino.
