💰 $80,000 - $120,000 per year
About the role
- Take responsibility for successful implementation of Mediagenix products for customer accounts and transition projects into customer services operations
- Balance scope, budget and planning for projects
- Align customer project planning with the Mediagenix product roadmap and release planning
- Manage multiple customer projects in parallel
- Work on customer proposals with business development for new implementations, change requests or upgrade services
- Actively participate in Project Management community; share knowledge, best practices and work on internal improvement projects
- Keep project status up to date in finance systems and regularly report accurate project status to customer success management leadership
- Inspire and connect with Mediagenix stakeholders (product managers, account managers, workflow analysts, functional analysts, developers, testers) and be responsible for overall project performance
Requirements
- Certified project manager with several years of experience in implementation of large-scale business applications in the broadcast industry
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in project management
- Experienced business change manager with a structured methodology background
- Hands-on experience with PMBOK, Prince2, Agile and lean & agile software development processes
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent consulting, judgement & decision-making skills
- Willing and able to travel frequently to clients internationally
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship indefinitely
- Experience with broadcasting industry or broadcasting management systems (BMS) is an asset
