About the role
- Manage full product lifecycle activities and help build product roadmaps.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization and external partners.
- Solve day-to-day product inquiries in a timely manner.
- Adhere to product management best practices when enhancing/creating new solutions.
- Serve as key liaison to support business development with questions, presentations, RFPs.
- Monitor and share insight into industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Train internal stakeholders on existing and new products.
- Identify and champion new initiatives from ideation to implementation.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, health sciences or related field.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Ability to dive deep into the details and identify gaps and opportunities
- Curious and not afraid to ask questions or imagine new ways of doing things
- Savvy about the modernization of benefit plans and the role of digital health
- Confident, efficient and influential communicator
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to prioritize and balance ongoing tasks while moving larger initiatives forward
- Proficient with MS Office Suite of products including manipulating data
- Bilingualism is considered an asset.
