IT Support

• Ensure that MeBe’s technology runs smoothly across all Learning Centers, remote teams, and telehealth environments.
• Provide technical support, maintain hardware and software systems, and help implement secure, efficient solutions.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding IT processes (device allocation and management, logins, email, VPN, device setup, and permissions).
• Maintain and troubleshoot systems across MeBe’s offices and Learning Centers, including internet connections, printers, and audiovisual equipment.
• Support and configure cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace, Monday.com, Paylocity, Central Reach, and other business tools.
• Partner with Operations, Training, and People Ops to ensure smooth technology support during staff transitions.
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate inventory and device assignments.
• Ensure compliance with MeBe’s data security and privacy protocols (HIPAA and company standards).
• Identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Support telehealth infrastructure, ensuring clinicians can connect securely and effectively with families.
• Complete tasks and project work as needed
