About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and internal stakeholders on contract drafting process
- Lead end-to-end contract development for high-impact deals
- Independently evaluate and resolve complex contract issues
- Anticipate contractual, operational, and financial risks
- Actively participate in contract negotiations with customers and vendors
- Provide project leadership for contract-related initiatives
- Mentor and support less experienced contract team members
- Manage contract communications and follow through to ensure timely execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced contract and commercial acumen
- Understanding of contract lifecycle management
- Foundational knowledge of pricing and finance concepts
- Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex problems
- Strong influencing, collaboration, and communication skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare contracting environments (preferred)
