About the role
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced planning systems and digital tools
- Manage strategic, complex supply chain technology implementation projects
- Execute against and contribute to the digital roadmap for planning systems
- Oversee technical configurations and enhancements
- Collaborate with supply chain inventory planning teams to harmonize processes
- Drive scenario planning and system configuration activities
- Establish communication plans and conduct project briefings
- Develop policies and templates for access control
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Support adoption of new technology solutions through training and mentoring
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- 4-Year degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience a significant plus
- Kinaxis Certifications preferred
- Technical aptitude in ERP and procurement systems
- Kinaxis, SAP ERP and/or S4 Hana preferred
- Strong financial acumen related to inventory and cash flow
- Advanced communication skills
- Expertise in project management and software implementation life cycles
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex system deployments
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, inventory)
