About the role
- Record and reconcile cash transactions (bank accounts, cash)
- Post loan entries
- Update short-term cash forecasts
- Contribute to improvements of the cash forecasting plan
- Support short-term financing operations (placements, credit lines)
- Manage customer receipts (checks, LCR) and supplier payments (bank transfers)
- Open customer accounts
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist with debt collection (telephone reminders)
- Report customer disputes and participate in customer account review meetings
- Participate in accounting review and reconciliation processes
- Prepare account reconciliations and VAT filings (CA3)
- Support the implementation and configuration of the EBICS TS solution
- Carry out and support various administrative tasks across the MCDA group
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in accounting (Bac+2 or Bac+3) or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Comfortable using IT tools and accounting software
- Autonomous and highly organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and willing to take part in the company’s development projects
