About the role
- Represent mortgage lenders and investor clients in foreclosure, title disputes, and litigation
- Appear in court for hearings, reviewing litigation and developing case strategy
- Draft documents and conduct settlement negotiations
- Manage case load of contested and uncontested matters
Requirements
- J.D. degree, licensed in Georgia and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
- Minimum 1-5 years relevant Litigation experience, 1-5 years or more preferred
- Minimum 1-5 years motion practice experience
- Minimum 1-5 years courtroom experience
- Knowledge of Georgia Mortgage Foreclosure Law
- Knowledge of Georgia Code of Civil Procedure and Supreme Court Rules
- Previous experience with foreclosure litigation involving residential and commercial property
