Support the development and maintenance of revenue attribution models and sales incentive frameworks
Assist in triaging deal desk requests and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deal execution
Assist with the execution and documentation of order forms for new deals, renewals, and change orders; ensure consistency and accuracy across commercial documentation in partnership with Legal and Sales
Support deal structure enforcement, including pricing thresholds, approval workflows, and exception tracking; help maintain up-to-date sales policies and documentation to ensure audit readiness
Help monitor target progress and support quarterly commissions processes
Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, sales performance, and key metrics
Assist with the analysis of go-to-market performance trends and support ad hoc data requests
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the funnel
Work closely with Finance, Legal, Clinical, and Commercial teams to support RevOps-related projects
Help document processes and identify areas for workflow improvement
Participate in operational cadences and support governance activities
Use Google Sheets, Excel, and SQL to support reporting and data integrity
Assist with tool integrations across platforms like Salesforce, Looker, and other RevOps systems
Learn and contribute to the evolution of our RevOps tech stack
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, FP&A, Strategy, Management Consulting, Sales Operations, or other analytical/business functions
Familiarity with Salesforce and SaaS business models
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and spreadsheets
Ability to structure and communicate ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats
Proactive learner who’s excited to grow in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
Exposure to sales commission processes, pipeline reporting, or Salesforce CPQ (preferred)
Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools (preferred)
Familiarity with SQL or experience supporting data workflows (preferred)
Interest in healthcare, women’s health, or mission-driven technology companies (preferred)
This role requires active work authorization in the US.
