- Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority
- Offer best-in-class products
- Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools
- Support a seamless omnichannel experience
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs
- Maintain awareness of competition and leverage social media for brand awareness
- Resolve customer issues and send delivery reminders
Requirements
- Bilingual Preferred - Spanish
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds
- Technical and product knowledge of sleep products
- Must be able to cultivate strong customer relationships
- Ability to maintain customer relationships during and after purchase
- Awareness of competition and market trends
- Experience in sales performance and KPIs
