About the role
- Overseeing and managing the entire employee lifecycle
- Leading the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires

Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR operations, onboarding, or similar role in BFSI space
- Familiarity with Oracle databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of India labor laws and statutory requirements
- HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HR systems and databases
- Document Management: Experience in managing sensitive employee documents
- Compliance: Awareness of labor laws and statutory requirements
