Requirements

  • Familiarity with Oracle databases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of India labor laws and statutory requirements
  • HR Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HR systems and databases
  • Document Management: Experience in managing sensitive employee documents
  • Compliance: Awareness of labor laws and statutory requirements
