About the role

  • Reporting to the Quality & Environment Department at Martin Brower France, you will serve as the food safety lead
  • Lead & Coordinate: ensure operational management of the HACCP system across 8 sites
  • Implement the food safety policy
  • Train and raise awareness: develop a food safety culture within operational teams and support functions
  • Update and distribute performance indicators
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation
  • Continuous improvement: analyze failures, implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness
  • Organize and participate in internal audits and certification audits related to food safety
  • Customer and regulatory relations: handle customer requests and reports

Requirements

  • Higher education in quality, ideally an engineering degree or a Master's specialized in Food Quality and Safety
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the food industry
  • Knowledge of European food safety legislation and HACCP methodology
  • Ideally experienced with management systems ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001
  • Comfortable speaking in public and delivering training
  • Experience with industry-specific tools and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • English is a plus
