About the role
- The Physical Therapist plans, interprets, and implements specific physical therapy treatment programs for patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire
- Physical Therapist license awarded by the applicable State
- Employee may not at any time have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid
