About the role
- Ensure efficient financial aid processing by supporting Enrollment Coaches and Admissions Advisors
- Address student needs and remove barriers to their educational goals
- Accurately and promptly process financial aid awards according to federal, state, and institutional guidelines
- Verify student eligibility using Department of Education platforms
- Work closely with departments to support admissions and track student progress
- Stay current on financial aid policies and regulatory changes
Requirements
- Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in financial aid, higher education, or a related field
- Knowledge of financial aid application procedures and requirements
- Basic understanding of federal and state financial aid regulations
- Skills in accurately entering and managing financial aid data
- Basic knowledge of financial aid management systems and tools (e.g., Workday, COD)
