About the role
- Handling national and international correspondence with clients and insurers
- Preparing billing instructions for our European Business Support Center (EBSC)
- Requesting policy system updates for our EBSC
- Ongoing verification that processes are executed correctly
- Independently preparing complex invoices
- Independently setting up policy records
- Reviewing and correcting posting/reconciliation differences
- Preparing final settlements
- Obtaining insurers' signatures on policy documents
- Handling Marsh's master framework agreements
- Providing solution-oriented information by phone and in writing
- Preparing quotations and subsequently issuing policies
- Determining risk parameters
- Documenting policy changes, cancellations and restructurings
- Participating in client meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the insurance sector or a comparable qualification
- Alternatively, a completed university degree
- Business-fluent German
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Process-oriented mindset
- Willingness to participate in projects
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Proactively communicates opportunities for improvement
- Numerically literate and a team player
- Good MS Office skills
- Customer- and service-oriented
- Careful and structured working style
