- Manage policy renewals and maintain proactive client communication

Requirements
- Proven expertise in insurance, especially BTI & Expatriate insurance
- Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or advisory capacity
- Understanding of insurance regulations and client service standards
- Effective, positive, and solution-oriented communicator
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
