• Create, source, and administer training and development opportunities for retail insurance teammates
• Develop curricula based on current and future needs
• Create training material for corresponding communication platform
• Facilitate training for teammates, including new hire onboarding
• Research and recommend industry specific learning opportunities from third parties
• Maintain training related reference documents, including procedures manuals, systems reference guides, and workflow documentation
• Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to systems, procedures, workflows, and training resources
• Build and maintain relationships across business units, insurance carriers, outsourcing partners, and third-party continuing education providers
• Collaborate and lead projects to implement and train new/enhanced product opportunities
• Coach and mentor department teammates
• Travel to provide in-person training.
