About the role

  • Achieving sales KPI objectives assigned by Mars Wrigley in a defined geographic territory
  • Executing company strategies and priorities at the retail level to drive channel and customer GSV
  • Measuring and reporting daily individual territory performance to evaluate TSM performance
  • Leveraging fact based selling tools to sell the company’s strategic focus areas to Key Decision Makers
  • Customizing and implementing advanced selling tools and strategies for achieving sustainable results
  • Enforcing compliance by providing business updates to store decision makers
  • Preparing materials for in-store and HQ sales presentations
  • Partnering with 3rd party providers to execute merchandising requirements after sales initiatives are sold in

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, or HS Diploma and equivalent work experience
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
  • Able to sit, stand and/or drive for long periods of time, as well as frequently bend, kneel and stoop
  • Ability to walk for a minimum of 6 ½ hours per day
  • Demonstrate ability to work remotely
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel overnight via air or ground transportation, if required
  • 2+ years selling experience
  • Prior Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or retail sales experience
  • Prior selling experience in the convenience, grocery, or Walmart channels.
