• Define and lead long-term product strategies aligned with business goals by conducting market and user research, identifying trends, and maintaining product roadmaps
• Manage agile teams through ideation to release, prioritize backlogs, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-impact solutions
• Act as the voice of the employee by translating feedback into features, collaborating with design teams, and leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and prototyping to refine experiences
• Partner with Architecture, Information Risk, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, communicate product vision, and facilitate seamless execution
• Define KPIs, monitor product performance, manage risks, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven insights and iterative enhancements
