About the role
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports, ensuring data integrity and timely reconciliations.
- Analyze variances, trends, and important data; provide insightful commentary and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop reports and respond to ad-hoc queries while supporting operational improvements and automation initiatives.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in special projects and transformation initiatives, fostering collaboration and operational excellence.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience); CPA designation attained or in progress.
- Experience in Finance within a large multinational organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and Power BI, especially Excel
- Self-starter with sound judgment, adaptability, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Essbase/Smartview and Infor (or similar enterprise finance applications) considered an asset
