Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate or IT recruiting experience.
- Full life cycle recruiting experience, leading intake calls with hiring managers, conducting consultative conversations with hiring managers, and providing market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a self-starter mindset.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple requisitions independently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Nice to Have: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
