About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies with customers to achieve the company’s objectives;
- Actively prospect for new local business and coordinate strategic alignment with the client’s Global Key Account;
- Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure targets are met;
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the OEM and Aftermarket customer base;
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services;
- Prepare sales reports and present results to executive management;
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote the company’s products.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales with OEM customers and distributors in the Industrial sector;
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Deep knowledge of business processes related to the Industrial segment and market;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Availability to travel.
