About the role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies with customers to achieve the company’s objectives;
  • Actively prospect for new local business and coordinate strategic alignment with the client’s Global Key Account;
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure targets are met;
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the OEM and Aftermarket customer base;
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services;
  • Prepare sales reports and present results to executive management;
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote the company’s products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with OEM customers and distributors in the Industrial sector;
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage teams;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Deep knowledge of business processes related to the Industrial segment and market;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Availability to travel.
