About the role
- Planning and management of renovation and new-build projects
- Conducting tendering processes, awarding and supervising construction contracts, and coordinating external service providers
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, budget constraints and schedules
- Attending construction meetings and overseeing acceptance inspections of construction works
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the planning, implementation and supervision of construction and modernization projects
- Reliable, self-directed and solution-oriented working style
- Proficiency with common Office applications and AutoCAD
