• Prepare USCIS forms, and draft clean, persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to each petition type
• Serve as a professional, friendly, and steady point of contact for corporate HR partners and foreign national employees
• Track deadlines, manage timelines, and keep a large volume of matters moving simultaneously
• Work closely with your supervising attorney, anticipating needs, aligning on preferences, and enabling them to focus on higher-level legal strategy
