About the role
- Develop, deliver, manage and promote Global & Regional Development Programs
- Plan, prepare and support deployment of Regional Development Programs
- Ensure strategic alignment with regional stakeholders on Leadership development related topics.
- Consult and coach key Talents and Leaders regarding their individual development activities and career development.
- Consult and coach business stakeholders regarding team or leadership development needs and activities
- Review and continuously improve existing Regional Development Programs and their content in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and in alignment with the Global Development Standards.
- Monitor and analyze Regional Development KPI and derive corrective measures in close cooperation with the Talent Management teams.
- Create reports on regional Development Programs for various stakeholders including the Top Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Human Resources Management, Psychology or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Talent Development, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Experience in designing and implementing strategic Talent Development concepts and targeted development offers.
- Solid experience in steering International Talent Development projects, processes and standards.
- Fluent English skills
