About the role

  • Developing and monitoring product vision, roadmap and MVP scope
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features
  • Performing stakeholder management
  • Facilitating sprints and scrum ceremonies
  • Elimination of impediments
  • Guiding team processes and process optimization
  • Collaborate with AI, full-stack, infrastructure, and QA specialists within the project team

Requirements

  • Completed HBO Bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 years of work experience with product ownership and/or scrum mastery
  • Experience with LLM-driven applications, chatbots or RAG systems
  • Experience with building or managing products (at least one example in CV)
  • Experience with Scrum Framework Ceremonies and Principles
  • At least 7 years of experience with product ownership and/or scrum mastery (Pre's)
  • At least 3 years of experience with LLM-driven applications, chatbots or RAG systems (Pre's)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Scrum framework ceremonies and principles (Pre's)
  • Product vision and decision-making skills
  • Process management and structure
  • Strong communication towards tech teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
