About the role

  • Support in organizing the marketing of products and by-products produced on-site across all product groups to existing customers
  • Processing delivery notes, credit notes and open items
  • Preparing quotations for existing and new customers and ensuring their proper filing
  • Produating customer-specific sales reports and providing them to the respective customers
  • Preparing cost calculations as well as sales and revenue analyses
  • Administrative support for the sales team
  • Representing the company group at trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification, ideally in food sales/distribution
  • Initial professional experience in sales, field sales or sales support of food/meat products (slaughterhouse or butcher shop experience is an advantage)
  • Independent and structured working style with initiative
  • Confident user of standard MS Office applications
  • Customer orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
