About the role
- Support in organizing the marketing of products and by-products produced on-site across all product groups to existing customers
- Processing delivery notes, credit notes and open items
- Preparing quotations for existing and new customers and ensuring their proper filing
- Produating customer-specific sales reports and providing them to the respective customers
- Preparing cost calculations as well as sales and revenue analyses
- Administrative support for the sales team
- Representing the company group at trade fairs
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification, ideally in food sales/distribution
- Initial professional experience in sales, field sales or sales support of food/meat products (slaughterhouse or butcher shop experience is an advantage)
- Independent and structured working style with initiative
- Confident user of standard MS Office applications
- Customer orientation, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
