About the role
- Manage recruitment processes
- Write and publish job advertisements
- Screen and select CVs and proactively source relevant profiles
- Monitor recruitment processes, conduct HR recruitment interviews, receive and forward applications to relevant stakeholders (technical referents and managers)
- Write interview reports and conduct reference checks
- Handle administrative aspects of recruitment and relay information to concerned departments
- Support the maintenance and management of the talent pool
- Sort unsolicited applications and evaluate candidates who could be added to the pools
- Source profiles in the talent pool and on LinkedIn
- Participate in employer brand communication activities: fairs, forums, information sessions
- Take part in cross-functional projects in collaboration with other HR teams
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting tools
Requirements
- You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s, Bac+3/5), ideally specialized in HR
- You have a first significant experience in recruitment
- You have knowledge of the humanitarian sector
- You are recognized for your good judgment, rigor and autonomy
- You enjoy teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS software and social networks (LinkedIn)
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
