About the role

  • Manage recruitment processes
  • Write and publish job advertisements
  • Screen and select CVs and proactively source relevant profiles
  • Monitor recruitment processes, conduct HR recruitment interviews, receive and forward applications to relevant stakeholders (technical referents and managers)
  • Write interview reports and conduct reference checks
  • Handle administrative aspects of recruitment and relay information to concerned departments
  • Support the maintenance and management of the talent pool
  • Sort unsolicited applications and evaluate candidates who could be added to the pools
  • Source profiles in the talent pool and on LinkedIn
  • Participate in employer brand communication activities: fairs, forums, information sessions
  • Take part in cross-functional projects in collaboration with other HR teams
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reporting tools

Requirements

  • You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s, Bac+3/5), ideally specialized in HR
  • You have a first significant experience in recruitment
  • You have knowledge of the humanitarian sector
  • You are recognized for your good judgment, rigor and autonomy
  • You enjoy teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS software and social networks (LinkedIn)
  • You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
