About the role
- Receive warm transfers and discuss solar solutions with potential customers
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and gather relevant customer details
- Arrange appointments for the sales team and ensure efficient use of their time
- Update and maintain records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads to increase appointment opportunities
- Communicate the benefits of solar products and services to potential customers
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads
- Analyze lead data to provide insights on outreach effectiveness and areas for improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Resilience and ability to handle objections during calls
- Interest in renewable energy and a desire to help educate customers
- Must have strong internet connection and personal computer, webcam, and headset
- Ability to work M-F 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST with optional weekend overtime
