• Lead the strategy and execution of Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality systems within the organization
• Maintain and improve the integrated management system, ensuring alignment with ISO and IATF standards
• Supervise laboratory operations, ensuring reliability and traceability of results
• Design and implement the site’s asset security plan, including access control and emergency protocols

Requirements

Minimum knowledge of NOMs (Mexican Official Standards)
Minimum knowledge of ISO 9001
Desirable knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Desirable knowledge of IATF 16949
Desirable knowledge of ASTM and ISO standards for physical testing
Compliance with safety standards and regulations
