Lead and manage a regional team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives.
Set regional sales goals and objectives based on forecasting data, and ensure their achievement.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure efficient regional operations and high-quality service delivery.
Implement and enforce company policies and standards.
Manage regional budgets and optimize resource utilization.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a regional or multi-unit management role, preferably within the technology, IOT, security, or surveillance industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data, present accurate forecasting, and make informed business decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
