About the role

  • Assist in campaign setup and launch across regional eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Facebook CPAS) based on briefs and budget allocation.
  • Coordinate with local market teams to ensure platform readiness, accurate setup (keywords, creatives, formats), and alignment to market-specific nuances.
  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis across markets, focusing on conversion-based KPIs (CPS, ROAS, CVR).
  • Execute optimizations under guidance — such as bid adjustments, keyword refinements, platform reallocation — to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Flag underperformance or scaling opportunities to the senior team promptly.
  • Compile EOC reports by extracting data from platform dashboards (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Visualize results, summarize performance insights, and support the senior team in drawing actionable recommendations by market.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in report formatting for regional alignment.
  • Keep campaign setup trackers, optimization logs, and budget pacing sheets updated.
  • Organize and maintain campaign records in shared folders for audit and review purposes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, eCommerce, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital performance marketing or eCommerce platforms preferred (internship experience acceptable for entry-level).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce ad platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large data sets (Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Attention to detail in campaign setup and tracking accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate clearly across teams in different countries/markets.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and markets concurrently.
