About the role
- Responsible for guiding, motivating, building and supervising a team of service providers to achieve specific goals and objectives.
- Ensure the team's work aligns with the company’s goals.
- Manage daily operations and foster a positive work environment.
- Complete the Daily Checklist
- Ensure there is cash on hand for workday and bank deposits
- Make sure your location is sufficiently staffed daily
- Support recruiting/hiring procedures
- Maintain the shop’s daily appearance
- Manage staff, including having hard conversations
- Ensure supplies are available to operate sufficiently
- Make sure all logbooks are current and up to date
- Maintain and oversee day-to-day operations
- Attend all mandatory trainings and meetings
- Attend all developmental and team building activities
Requirements
- Instructor’s license or obtain within the following 12 months to keep position.
- Attend 8 Truist (work/life balance) classes (remote)
- MUST work on Saturdays (this is an industry standard)
- Schedule flexibility (5-6 day work shift)
- Employed with company for at least 90 days. Developmental opportunity can be less than 90 days.
- Attend and pass LSB Leadership Training
- No attendance issues
- No recent disciplinary actions
- Must have reliable transportation
