About the role
- Delivering the company’s sales and profit targets for the On-Trade channel in London – focused specifically on East London
- Maximise distribution of draught and packaged beer via key relationships with all relevant On Trade customers & wholesalers
- You will manage, nurture and grow an existing portfolio of Lucky Saint customers
- You will build relationships with prospective customers, growing our customer base and distribution with the absolute best venues throughout East London
- You will deliver brilliant category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and rate of sale
- Support and assist on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accounts
- Continually develop your understanding of both the beer and non-alcoholic category with a focus on a data driven approach to sales
- You will feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course-correcting where needed as well as Effectively maintain an up-to-date CRM and any business essential administration.
Requirements
- Existing knowledge of East London and the On-Trade across the territory
- Passion for beer, both Alcohol-Free and Full-Strength
- Ambitious, driven, and can thrive in a very fast-paced, high growth business within a fast-growing category
