About the role
- develop, maintain, and evolve the Salesforce product roadmap in close collaboration with leadership, technology, functional leads, and end-users.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog of enhancements, bugs, and standard maintenance.
- collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- oversee system releases, enhancements, and upgrades.
- serve as a Salesforce champion and promote user adoption within the organization.
- leverage data analytics and develop reports and dashboards.
- drive adoption and continuous improvement through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, technology, or related field required.
- Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in business analysis or system management.
- 1-3 years of experience with a single application in roles such as Product Owner, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with implementation/change management of new technology solutions.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in data analytics techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong project and change management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with relevant laws of data security and privacy.
- Ability to work within the highest ethical and confidentiality standards.
- Strong relationship management, partnership, and collaboration skills.
