About the role
- Provide 2nd line of application support across Managed File Transfer, Workload Scheduling (BMC Control-M)
- Own and drive incidents and problems to completion for our services and applications
- Participate in weekly on call rotation to provide 24x7 support
- Support implementation of change requests related to our services and applications
- Installation of Linux and Windows operating system patches on a quarterly cycle
- Participate in DR exercises involving our services and applications
Requirements
- 5 or more years of Application Support Experience
- Logic based automations using APIs, MS Flows, Workflows, and RPA’s
- ITIL v4 foundation certification (preferred)
