About the role
- Follow up all leads assigned to you within agreed timescales
- Weekly Outbound prospecting activities
- Proactively work on networking to develop self-generated leads
- Manage your own pipeline to meet your sales targets
- Maintain comprehensive records on the company’s CRM system
- Ensure awareness of marketing activities
- Produce accurate proposals in line with requirements
- Support other team members as needed
- Work effectively with colleagues to meet client KPIs
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of selling products and/or services in a comparable role in a B2B or B2C environment
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and pipeline development
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Czech
- Demonstrable experience in managing quotations, bids and proposals
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of standard IT programmes, Salesforce and proprietory software for business processes.
