About the role
- Set the strategic direction for the division, including growth targets and sales plans; achieve or exceed goals through disciplined execution.
- Drive outsized growth, retention, and advisor satisfaction by fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build meaningful relationships with advisors and identify and implement programs to increase advisor satisfaction, retention, and sales growth.
- Lead and develop a team of success managers; create a culture of engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
- Manage complex situations and escalations with professionalism and strategic foresight.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in financial services or wealth management, with both branch and home office leadership experience preferred.
- 8+ years of experience handling advisor growth, retention, and recruiting.
- FINRA Series 7/66 (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, including recruiting, developing, coaching, and motivating teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
