About the role
- Qualify and pursue leads from marketing campaigns through calls, emails, and other outreach activities
- Meet weekly activity goals including email touch points, calls, account creations, and personalised communication
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients representing the company’s brand and services
- Strategically pursue new opportunities and schedule meetings with Regional Sales Managers
- Log activities in CRM systems, aligning marketing and sales efforts for effective follow-up
- Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, and market trends to craft targeted outreach strategies
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK
- Senior sales experience (at least 3+ years as a high-performing Sales Manager, GM, or Regional Sales Manager) within the fitness or leisure industry either operationally or supplier side
- Tenacity and target-driven
- Strong instincts for executive-level conversations
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with SaaS solutions advantageous
- Confident communication with excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated and organised, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
