About the role
- Plan, implement, and execute one-off campaigns and automated multichannel journeys (email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp).
- Collaborate with the agency to create briefs for communication assets, ensuring deadlines are met and implementations are completed in the CRM platform.
- Create and manage customer segments and define audiences based on behavioral and transactional data.
- Conduct A/B tests and performance analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze CRM strategy performance and generate strategic insights;
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
- Propose process improvements and new strategic CRM initiatives.
- Prepare and present CRM performance results and strategic recommendations to internal teams in a clear, strategic manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Strong experience in CRM with both strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Solid knowledge of CRM tools/platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Oracle Responsys;
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Familiarity with Growth Marketing methodologies;
- Experience with Paid Media;
- Experience in retail and/or financial services.
