About the role
- Interview leaders of the related business units.
- Translate strategic planning into technology investments.
- Lead the creation and execution of the technology roadmap.
- Recommend and negotiate technology investments (make or buy).
- Manage the lifecycle of digital platforms and integration across domains.
- Design, document and negotiate system architecture drivers.
- Manage metrics, documentation and corporate systems maps.
Requirements
- Innovate in process automation, platforms and digital products.
- Translate business strategy into technology investments.
- Know the technology market: trends and vendors.
- Build technology roadmaps integrated with other technology domains.
- Select, procure and implement technology across multiple business domains.
- Experience analyzing opportunities and risks in technology adoption.
- Experience in large enterprises (high transactional volume and mission-critical systems).
- Technical leadership of complex technology selection and adoption projects.
- Experience across multiple business domains such as product development, marketing, sales, logistics and supply chain.
- Experience in governance of digital assets, enterprise architecture platforms, system architecture frameworks and business capability modeling.
- Experience directing highly complex solutions, technical estimates, impact analysis, scenario planning, multi-layer technical architectures, integration and design patterns.
- Assertive communication with business areas and executive leadership.
- English required; Spanish is a plus.
