About the role
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and research potential B2B clients who may benefit from our solutions, ensuring a strong and well-targeted sales pipeline.
- Outbound Sales Outreach: Engage prospects through phone calls, email, web-based interactions, and other digital channels to generate interest and initiate sales conversations.
- Present Value Propositions: Clearly communicate the advantages and business impact of our products and services to potential customers.
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain productive relationships with key contacts and decision-makers across various industries.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and sales operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Execute outbound strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.

- Gather Customer Insights: Collect feedback from prospects and clients to help refine sales approaches and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Some college training; BA degree preferred but not essential.
- Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
