Accountant

• Set up and maintain projects in database
• Maintains project billing schedules and budget information
• Prepares complex project billings and supplementary information
• Performs accounts receivable collections, as requested, and manages work in process billings
• Works closely with project managers to review contracts, project costs, budgets, and schedules
• Assists with month-end bookkeeping duties, as required
• Assists with other clerical tasks, as requested
• Demonstrates accurate judgment about the applicability of project cost accounting, federal cost accounting standards, and federal/state payroll and payroll tax regulations to numerous accounting situations.
