About the role
- Responsible for the remote sales team, ensuring service to small and medium-sized businesses and individual customers nationwide.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
- Lead and train teams focused on relationship management and consultative sales, providing continuous feedback and training in communication, storytelling, and negotiation.
- Analyze account data to identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities, planning actions to maximize revenue and lifetime value (LTV).
- Establish processes and routines for portfolio and commercial pipeline monitoring, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Anticipate customer relationship issues, acting proactively to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Influence customers and team members with clear communication that conveys trust and credibility.
- Ensure achievement of commercial targets (renewals, upgrades, referrals) with a focus on consultative selling and churn reduction.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed).
- Technical skills: Intermediate Excel and Power BI.
- Experience: Leadership of teams focused on relationship management and consultative sales.
- Experience creating strategies for customer engagement and loyalty.
- Data analysis skills to identify commercial opportunities.
