About the role

  • Responsible for the remote sales team, ensuring service to small and medium-sized businesses and individual customers nationwide.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Lead and train teams focused on relationship management and consultative sales, providing continuous feedback and training in communication, storytelling, and negotiation.
  • Analyze account data to identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities, planning actions to maximize revenue and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Establish processes and routines for portfolio and commercial pipeline monitoring, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Anticipate customer relationship issues, acting proactively to turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Influence customers and team members with clear communication that conveys trust and credibility.
  • Ensure achievement of commercial targets (renewals, upgrades, referrals) with a focus on consultative selling and churn reduction.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed).
  • Technical skills: Intermediate Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience: Leadership of teams focused on relationship management and consultative sales.
  • Experience creating strategies for customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Data analysis skills to identify commercial opportunities.
